BTACC
Two Day Course
QNUK Level 3 Award in Basic Trauma and Casualty Care (BTACC) (RQF)

A dynamic, engaging and effective two-day course developed by leading healthcare professionals for emergency service workers and first responders who operate in commercial and high-risk workplaces.

Work at height, below ground, at sea or in a remote or hostile environment? We provide bespoke training packages with emergency scenarios specific to workplaces or sites to meet the learning needs of staff and responders. BTACC courses supplement theoretical lessons with practical and immersive scenarios using moulage, high-fidelity prosthetics and live casualties. Our actors will bleed, scream, faint and may even fight back as you assess and treat their time critical injuries. You will see it, feel it and deal with it.
This realistic and hands-on approach is designed to give learners confidence to deal with life threatening situations and optimise knowledge retention to improve patient outcomes.
